100 HOUR YOGA TEACHER TRAINING
10 DAY INTENSIVE SELF  TRANSFORMATION COURSE

This is a 10 Day intensive with 100-hour Yoga Certification for those who want to explore Yoga more deeply as a practice for themselves. It also earns you credit towards a future courses.  Students will gain in depth yoga training as well to prepare the body, energy, and mind for true yoga and meditation. Available to all, even beginners, irrespective of yoga experience or practice.

Learn to bring peace and calm to yourself and understand the philosophy and practice of Yoga. During this course, you will receive Basic Foundation Level Training in the following techniques are applied in order to accomplish personal transformation for yourself. This training will give you a fantastic set of tools to become an exceptional Yoga Practitioner.  Meditation has always been an integral part of Yoga, so our Training will also equip you with additional Yogic tools of Asana and Pranayama as well to help in purification and raise your energy.

WHAT WILL YOU LEARN

During the course the following techniques are applied in order to accomplish personal transformation for yourself

 

Asana: Asana training and practice is your opportunity to examine the asanas in depth, learn safe hands-on adjustments, modifications, and precise alignment. These asanas can be modified and are suitable for everyone from beginners to advanced and offer a holistic approach to health, while focusing on chakra activation, back strengthening, ab strengthening and a standing series. Two asana classes a day are taught; one for your personal practice and development and one teaching you how to teach others. You also have the opportunity to get supervised teaching practice. You will come away with a thorough knowledge of the asana sequences and the physical aspects of yoga, such as anatomy and physiology.

Pranayama: Discover the healing potential of your breath. Breathing techniques are an essential component of Hatha yoga. Benefits include improved concentration, more energy, deeper sleep, and reduced stress levels. Not only does it feed the brain, but revitalises the body, since breath is the bridge between the body and the mind.

Mantra: The science of vibration will be explored during the teacher training. Mantra chanting generates vibrations which are fundamental tools for altering the psyche, and producing a tranquil and balanced mind. In yogic practices, the growth of our awareness progresses with the help of these vibrations. By cleansing our minds with mantras, decision making becomes clearer, observation power is awakened; purification leads to improved concentration and a calm focused mind. Mantras will be translated and clearly explained.

Meditation: Meditation, Yoga Nidra, and other relaxation techniques are included in the Transformational yoga teacher training course in order to give us an experience of our pure natures, in which our egos dissolve and we find inner silence. We will introduce Raja yoga meditation, as well as silent walking meditation amongst others.

Upon Completion, candidates will receive 100 Hour Certificates from Yoga Alliance International (YAI)  and Meditation Alliance International (MAI), which certifies you to teach confidently any where in the world.

If you have already completed any certified 200-hour yoga or meditation teacher training course, then you may continue your training and expand your knowledge by joining the 500 Hour Meditation teacher training.

This is a 10 day self transformation course. 40 contact hours, 60 hours non-contact, with options to complete as follows:

Upon completion of this self transformation course you will receive a certificate from the SriMa International School of Transformational Yoga. If you would like to carry on to teacher level, the 100 hours from this course can be counted against your 200 level Transformational Yoga teacher training.
